| Details: | 12.29.2021-Jennifer contacted DWS information line to talk about the recent violation postcard she received for not reporting their 3rd quarter routine water sample. She contacted the lab, but the lab has records of that sample. Without lab confirmation that the sample was reported to DWS, the “did not report ANY” violation will stand. I clarified that this one violation for not reporting a routine sample, by itself, will not cause the water system to go to monthly sampling. An increase to monthly sampling will happen if within 1 year of this violation: - The system is required to complete a level 1 investigation, or - The system receives a temporary routine violation. Regarding their operational period, Jennifer clarified that there are workers at the lodge year-round and the water system maintains pressure throughout the distribution system even during the months when there are not customers. The system will remain classified as a year-round operation. |
