| Details: | I contacted the operator of this PWS to advise them of their responsibility to complete a Level 1 Investigation at the water system. This investigation is required because of missed repeats and triggered source sample following the December routine which came back TC+. A letter dated 1/3/22 was generated by DWS. I included a copy of this letter and two formats of the investigation worksheet in an email on this topic. The investigation is required to be completed and submitted within 30 days. |
