| Details: | I contacted Cole Hawkey regarding this TCR Alert. I informed him that 3-repeat samples and 1-source sample needs to be collected and submitted to OHA within 10 days. He believes the positive sample is a result of the loss of pressure in the system. They have had recent issues with the pump and also suspect a leak in the distribution system somewhere. They are going to shut the system down while they try to locate the leak and collect the repeat and source samples after repressurizing the system. | ||
