Called and left message for operator, Hally Haworth, to call me back regarding this alert. I left a message regarding the collection of 3 repeat samples and 1 source sample and submitting to OHA within 10 days. Awaiting return call.

I spoke with operator, Hally Haworth, regarding the positive E coli sample and the need for 1 repeat sample and 1 triggered source sample to be collected and results submitted within 10 days to OHA.
