| Details: | I emailed and left a voice message for Elaine Laizure on 1/6/2022 at 8:42 and 8:47 am. I let her know that we received an alert for positive routine coliform sample. I let the operator know that they need to take three(3) repeat samples within 24 hours and one(1) triggered sample. The repeat samples will need to be collected at the original sample site, one five service connections upstream of the original sample site and one five connections downstream of the original sample site. The triggered sample is collected at the source - Brumbaugh well. | ||
