| Details: | Violation/sampling : Late Level one following late/missed repeat triggered samples. System violated RTCR with no Level 1 investigation following late repeat samples in May. Spoke with owner Talya and she submitted Level one investigation and we discussed/completed on the phone. She thinks she may have contaminated sample and the well pump was having problems in late April which resulted in no water for a few days. Both of these may have contributed to the bad sample. The repeat samples were also late because there was no water available until May 1 and the triggered sample was incorrectly labeled as a routine resulting in a violation for no triggered sample. System is currently on a monthly coliform sampling schedule. System took July and August routine samples on time and both absent. Will need ongoing monthly sampling until further notice. | ||
