| Details: | Garren contacted me following the miss marked repeat samples following routine coliform sample last week. The repeat samples came back with one positive showing the system has a coliform issue. Garren will contact the lab to have them correctly marked as repeat samples. A level 1 investigation has been sent to Garren to fill out. | ||
