| Details: | Gregg Baird phoned me to inform me that the plan reviewer determined that this facility does not need to go through plan review for treatment/filters added to system. Emailed owner of facility to inform them. Deficiency corrected. The operator also communicated with me that he has screened the vent at the wellhead. This deficiency is also corrected. | ||
