| Details: | During my conversation with Mr. Moore on 8/30/18 regarding the temporary routines samples needed by 8/31/18, I discovered that other coliform samples had been submitted prior to this date. Theses samples were not labeled with the public water system number and because this was a new system the lab was unaware that is was a public well. I contacted the lab and requested these results be submitted to Oregon Health Authority. The sample date on this is 8/22/18 but received by OHA on 9/6/18. | ||
