| Details: | On June 20th, (in person) I informed Brad Schmidt that his sanitary survey was sent out in the mail. August 8th and September 10th I sent out emails to Brad to check he was in correcting the deficiency from the sanitary survey. I reminded him that the correction needs to be made by October 22, 2018. Around August 14th, Brad called Jim Solvedt and informed him that he will be starting on the plan review when he gets back from vacation in September. | ||
