Details: SUMMARY: Routine sample taken 1/03 total coliform-positive DETAILS: We reviewed sample procedures and requirements. Chlorinator is not working, but only well source is active at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to take 4 Repeat samples ASAP, and 5 Routine samples in February.
