Details:	SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey / Sanitary Defect Follow- up. Code: 1F DETAILS: Thank you for discussing the deficiencies that were noted in the July 22, 2004 sanitary survey of the public water system with me on January 5, 2006. The deficiencies and their current status are as follows: ACTION NEEDED: Reservoir hatch cannot be locked. This deficiency has been corrected. Establish an Enabling Authority for Cross- Connection. You are currently working on this deficiency. Please call me when it has been corrected. This remains uncorrected. Cross -Connection devices not tested annually. You are currently working on determining were cross-connection devices are install within the distribution system. Please notify me when this determination has been made and the installed devices have been tested. This deficiency remains uncorrected. Lead and Copper monitoring is not current. Monitoring for lead and copper occurred on August 12, 2004 and August 4, 2005. This deficiency has been corrected. System lacks an operation and maintenance manual. You are currently working on the manual. Please provide me with a copy when the manual is complete. This deficiency remains uncorrected. Correction of these deficiencies will bring this system into compliance with the public water system rules and help ensure safe drinking water.
