Details: SUMMARY: Operator continues to troubleshoot, will do five routines in Jan 06. DETAILS: Operator states one of two "feeder lines" from spring box to reservoir was broken and suspects this is causing the positive coliform. They have d/c using the line and have taken another repeat at the spring bow. He most likely will disinfect the reservoir and distribution. Public notice still in place. ACTION NEEDED: Operator agrees to do five routines in January 06 after troubleshooting.
