Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed development of an EID for the Citys SRF project DETAILS: Matt Hickey of Murray Smith and Associates is the consulting engineer for the City on their SRF project (reservoir replacement, new valving, etc.), and called with questions on preparing the required Environmental Information Document (EID). We reviewed basic requirements, including the need for analysis of alternatives, minimizing short and long-term impacts, and documenting any mitigating measures required with the project. We also reviewed process, including review of EID upon completion, issuance of public notice, the 30-day comment period, the final determination, communicating technical and managerial issues to OECDD, final determination, timelines and milestones for start of project. ACTION NEEDED: Matt to complete EID for DWP review asap. DWP will review and issue FNSI if appropriate asap. DWP will forward summary list of any loan conditions to OECDD asap.
