| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine /Repeat samples TC positive. DETAILS: Received alert 1/10/06. I called Water Assn no answer, tried emergency # no answer. on 1/11/06 left message to take four repeat samples ASAP and issue public notice. Ray called back on 1/13/06 and said wells are clean and believes that one of the tanks is not. He will notify customers who were using that reservoir by public notice. I received another call 1/17/06 tank was vacuumed and cleaned. I asked Ray to take additional samples following flushing lines. ACTION NEEDED: Issue public notice | ||
