ACTION NEEDED: I INSTRUCTED THE OPERATOR TO POST ECOLI POSITIVE PUBLIC NOTICE. ALSO TO DO FIVE ROUTINE SAMPLES IN 3/6. KEEP PUBLIC NOTICE IN PLACE UNTIL I STATE OTHERWISE.
