Details:	SUMMARY: SCADA computer went out again DETAILS: Frank called to let me know that the computer that records all the data from the SCADA system (chlorine residual, turbidity, temp, pH) went out again, for a period of 25 hours. All on-line equipment was still working properly. Staff went to the plant daily to take manual chlorine residuals and turbidity as usual. Each analyzer is set up with an internal alarm independent of the computer, and no alarms were triggered. Since daily readings were still taken and no alarms were triggered, this does not constitute a violation. Since this has been a problem before, they are installing back-up chart recorders that will be independent of the computer. He is having a hard time getting the computer / software company to understand the degree of seriousness of this break-down, but does not feel they are responsive. He will keep working it. ACTION NEEDED: no violation - no PN required.
