| Details: | SUMMARY: Report Investigation DETAILS: The City Manager called with a concern that the SWTR CT data was not being accurately reported or possibly changed on the CT report form (5/14 Cl2 originally 0.05 changed to 0.4 which changed CTs met from NO to YES). After a study of the chart data and assistance from Ken Hamilton, WTP Junior Operator, it was determined that the chart data did not support the CT report. I instructed Mr. Hamilton to make sure that the CT report data could be verified by the chart data, and to make the necessary changes to the May report (two days found to be in error). I also told him to write down the time of the lowest reading each day for easier identification on the chart. I suggested that contact time be calculated for a range of flows for more accuracy in determining actual CTs. ACTION NEEDED: Review monthly reports- assist as needed/requested. | ||
