| Details: | SUMMARY: Contaced Lakeside WD following resignation of head operator and coordinated new person of direct reponsibility change for the water treatment plant. DETAILS: 8-4-2006 - Contacted Lakeside Water District after receiving a call from Tom Charbonneau informing us that the Districts head operator had resigned. When I spoke to Ardella she told me that there were no problems at this time from an operational standpoint. They still have a Level 1 operator on staff who has been running the water treatment plan since the head operators resignation. I told her that it would contact Bob Strassner and ask him to make arrangements to take over as direct responsible change. 8-7-06 Received a call back from Bob Strassner. He has contacted Lakeside WD and spoken to the operator. He has made arrangements to tour the treatment plant and will negotiate with the office manager regarding becoming the direct responsible charge over the water treatment plant. | ||
