Details:	SUMMARY: Follow-up to Sanitary Survey Turbidity Measurements. DETAILS: In a letter received 8/2/2006 from Dan Reitz, contract operator of the Woahink Lake Suites PWS, it was pointed out that my turbidity measurement for raw water might have been inaccurate as stated in the Sanitary Survey report issued 5/31/2006. I visited the site today and collected a raw water turbidity of 2.74 NTU, filtered water prior to any storage of 0.81 NTU and after storage of 0.28 NTU. These readings show adequate removal of turbidity by the existing cartridge filtration system below the standard of 1 NTU. This report is to replace the measurements and comments regarding adequate turbidity removal as stated in my Sanitary Survey report issued 5/31/2006 (from site visit on 4/10/2006). The system will however still need to move forward with obtaining plan review approval and installation of a catridge or other approved filtration system for the removal of cryptosporidium organisms from the drinking water by the deadline of 1/1/2007.
