Details:	SUMMARY: Preliminary Discussions re: drilling wells DETAILS: On 9-20-06, Carol Whitaker of Georgia-Pacific Corporation contacted me to discuss drilling a well to supply the Fort James Operating Company. This was in response to the difficulties in controlling DBPs that develop in the treated river water. I put her in touch with the plan review system at DHS-DWP.
