Details:	DETAILS: One of five routine samples positive following a 8-9-06 positive routine. This sample was from a different location than the original that was thought to be a new faucet issue. Tried to contact July Daniels on 9-26 and 9-27-06, left message. Received a call from interim operator Bill Williams 9-29. System had already chlorinated both wells and sent out public notice. Will take. Special sample taken 9-30-06 absent. Will do 5 routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: Fax me copy of public notice and take 5 routines in October. Advise me result of special sample. Operator faxed me a copy of PN.
