Details:	SUMMARY: Contact will complete plan review items DETAILS: 9-22-06 Discussed chloroform detection on plan review VOCs with Dennis Nelson. It could be from disinfection of well prior to pump placement, or the same contamination that caused chloroform detections at Nofziger and J & H Trucking. That would probably mean that it had moved from an upper to lower aquifer. The level detected at Harmony Acers is well below the TTHM MCL of 0.080 mg/L. I told Bret chloroform at this detection level is not a health issue at this time and asked him to continue on with the plan review steps as outlined in Tom Charbonneaus letter dated 6-14-06.
