Details:	SUMMARY: Visited system, inspected tank, discussed regulations. DETAILS: Visited system in response to letter from Mr. Edwards claiming that a 2500 gal. Polyethylene tank was unsafe and violated our rules. I found tank to be in good condition, and the problems with electrical wires, hatch, and valve covers to have been corrected. Tank, however, is not NSF-listed and was not approved through plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Wrote letter to system requiring plan review approval if tank is to remain on line. Also urged them to report any problems of low water pressure.
