Details:	SUMMARY: Cross Connection Enabling Authority and CCR Update DETAILS: BACKGROUND: HBH received notice that system did not have current Enabling Authority on file. ACTIONS PERFORMED: I notified Cindy in addition to the CCR previously discussed we now had to prepare an Enabling Authority dealing with plumbing codes and potential cross connection issues. Scheduling with Cindy will need to be on weekends and after hours due to her work schedule. I prepared a sample Authority, pertinent plumbing code information and OAR’s for review when an appointment can be scheduled. ACTION NEEDED: Continue open communications to set a time to meet and finish the process.
