Details:	SUMMARY: System has not submitted a CCR DETAILS: This system was referred to the Circuit Rider program for failure to prepare and submit CCR. ACTIONS PERFORMED: Called Gowen to discuss the need for the CCR ad to make an appointment for a field visit. Pulled pertinent water quality data for this system off the state data base. Visited Gowen at the facility. Showed him how to access the state DWP website. Pulled up the CCR writer website and logged on. Created a CCR for 2005 using CCR Writer and the pertinent water quality data. Called up and printed the sample certification form. I explained to Gowen that this is an annual requirement and must be done by July 1st of each year. ACTION NEEDED: System need to mail out CCR with their January bills. After they are mailed out, he needs to submit a copy to DWP along with a completed certification form.
