Details:	SUMMARY: One of four repeat samples collected on 12/05/06 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 12/07- Paige called to inform me of the positive sample (the outside faucet at space 504). This is the same location as the routine sample that was positive. Given the circumstances, I suggested that Paige flush the tap for a full five minutes prior to sampling (she only flushed for one minute at the time of the routine). She is going to submit a special sample today. 12/08- The special sample tested positive for Total Coliform. Paige is going to try another special sample inside of the house to verify that the outside tap is suspect for unknown reasons. Per my consultation with Scott Curry today- disinfection of the system is not necessary at this point. It is likely that this is a problematic tap. ACTION NEEDED: Paige needs to submit five routine samples in the month of January.
