Details:	SUMMARY: Pos coliform sample contact DETAILS: Discussed the positive sample with Linda. Had water repair done on main dist line on 10/11/06, they shocked the system and took this sample 10/12/06. They will reshock chlorinate system 11/18/06 and take 4 check samples for 5 samples in November. Late the 19th or early the 20th.
