Details: SUMMARY: + E. Coli and T/C on Routine in 4th quarter DETAILS: Called John at the Monitor Inn at 3:50 pm on 11/2/2006 and inquired about the routine test he took. He admitted that he accidentally stuck his finger inside the test bottle and then kept the sample overnight in the freezer before taking it to the lab the next day. He was taking a single repeat sample when I called and I reminded him to take a total of 4 repeats. He is to contact me with the results. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeats
