Details: SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethylene tested at 0.00057 on 10/06/06 DETAILS: Ruch Elementary had a tetrachloroethylene hit of 0.00057 on their last VOC set. I sent them a letter asking them to start quarterly sampling of tetrachloroethylene until the problem is resolved (although below the MCL, they are required to increase sampling frequency with any detect). The first quarterly sample was collected on 10/06/06 at 0.00057 (the same result as the previous sample). I consulted Scott Curry on this issue. He asked that they continue quarterly sampling (he may require treatment at a later date but not at this point). ACTION NEEDED: The next tetrachloroethylene sample will be due in the first quarter of 2007.
