| Details: | SUMMARY: John called to report that repeat B taken on 11/20/06 at space 15 tested positive for coliform bacteria. The other 3 repeats were absent. DETAILS: I faxed John the public notice template and instructed him to hand deliver it to the residents and post it at the laundry or other area that is highly visible to residents of the park. I discussed shock chlorinating procedures with John and he will shock chlorinate the well this weekend. We discussed taking 5 routines on December 1st or 4th. John thought that he might have contaminated the bottle used at the repeat site that tested positive, but was unsure. We discussed proper sampling techniques and I faxed him the fact sheet. The Fosters complained that their lab was slow in getting them the repeat sample bottles. I told them that they should have picked them up at the lab for the quickest results. John disclosed that they have been having problems with old leaky piping. He said that he made a lot of repairs this last summer. He is not sure where the distribution lines lie. I gave him the circuit rider information. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of routine testing the first week of December. | ||
