Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to no Cl residual 12/2006 DETAILS: System recorded no chlorine residual on 12/5/2006. Contact with operator (Tony Owen), said his records indicate a residual of 0.09 at time of sampling. He said that the site can fluctuate depending on water usage and he thinks that detention time was high and they lost some residual. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
