Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received coliform alert. Contacted operator, they stated they were not sure why the positive result. I informed operator to take 4 additional samples immediately, 1 upstream, 1 downstream, 1at source, and 1 random. Also informed operator to take 1 additional sample next sample period. 11/20- Received coliform positive notice for all repeat samples. Contacted operator and told them to take additional samples immediately and mail out notices to users and one to our office. 11/22- I received 1 coliform positive and 1 coliform negative repeat sample. Contacted operator and told them to take repeat sample from positive sample site immediately. Operator informed me they already did and it was negative as per water lab. 11/24- Checked web site, repeat sample from 11/22 had posted positive. Contacted operator, they said they did not know why sample posted positive, claimed to have the report from the water lab saying negative. Asked them to send me a copy. 12/11- Received a water lab coliform sample report from system stating 11/22 repeat sample from same location was negative, not positive as posted. ACTION NEEDED: 12/11- Informed operator to take one additional sample next sample period.
