Details:	SUMMARY: Reminder of Monitoring and Reporting Requirements. DETAILS: Country Club Estates is delinquent in monitoring for coliform bacteria quarterly and nitrate annually. I called and spoke with Fred Green today. Fred will assure that Bill Plummer begins sampling for coliform and nitrate as soon as possible. Fred told me there are still 11 homes connected to the system. The 12th home is under construction. I instructed Fred to notify either Rick Hallmark with the Coos County EHD or myself once the 15th home is connected and occupied. I told Fred that the sampling and reporting requirements will increase once the system has 15 homes and becomes a "Community" water system. Fred also informed me that HW3 LLC is in the process of handing over responsibility of the water system to the home owners association. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor compliance with the sampling requirements.
