Details:	SUMMARY: Automatic Shut-Down and Alarm System Added at the WTP. DETAILS: Doug called to inform me that they installed an alarm system on the water treatment plant. The alarm system will automatically shut the plant down and call out an operator for high turbidity, low chlorine levels, reservoir levels, pH and basin height. The plant will now be in operation at times without an operator on-site (I.e. over-night, etc.). As a safe-guard, the plant will be set to process only 1000 gpm during times when an operator is not on-site. ACTION NEEDED: None.
