Details:	SUMMARY: Consulting Engineer reviewed status of water system project DETAILS: Brad Baird reviewed the status of the water system improvement project. The mayor and City Council were present, along with Linda Sagaser, water system operator, and Ruth Moore, City Recorder. The construction of a new well has been completed (30 gpm). The rest of the project includes a new reservoir, chlorination system, and distribution piping. There are some issues with OECDD financial analysis, including-- estimated EDUs too high, not considering impacts of separate irrigation system on monthly water use, not considering $5 per month irrigation fee. ACTION NEEDED: OECDD needs to revise financial analysis so that projected rates are realistic.
