Details:	SUMMARY: TCR alert DETAILS: Spoke with John Egan today. He stated he has the problem under control and that he might have touched the bottle the samples comes in he stated he would send repeat samples in. I asked him to also send in 5 routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
