Details:	SUMMARY: complaint DETAILS: Jose called to see if theres anything we could do about a billing problem between him and the WS. Apparently the water system operators were doing some work and got lots of debris and gunk in his lines, and water heater. They were supposed to fix it, but didnt, so he had to hire someone and pay for it. Betty Carter said that the WS would pay him back, but he asked if it could be taken off his future billing. So he hasnt been paying his bills, and now they want to shut off his water. He is going to try a Civil suit against them. I told him we dont regulate that side of things, but I mentioned that they are under Enforcement with us due to water quality concerns and lack of proper treatment. He wasnt aware of that, so I asked if he remembers receiving any sort of public notification about it. He does not think hes received any info in the 3 years hes lived there. ACTION NEEDED: He is going to try the legal route but I also gave him PUCs phone number.
