Details:	SUMMARY: Assistance with operator difficulties DETAILS: Contacted by board member of Fishhawk Lake regarding the impending departure of their operator, as well as their certified DRC operator. Current operator is not certified at the level 2 required. Schott Schulda is the current DRC operator. Discussed requirements for both onsite and DRC operators. Provided information regarding options available to the club. Provided example of job opening announcement that could be used to attract new operator. Attempted contact with potential contract DRC operators. ACTION NEEDED: Further assistance as requested.
