Details:	SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 02/12/07 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: 02/15/07- I called Chuck Sekonda, system operator. He said that the chlorine line broke. He repaired the line and flushed the distribution system until the chlorine residual returned to normal. Grants Pass Water Lab collected four repeat samples today. 02/20/07- Four repeat samples negative for total coliform (laundry room, 6, 13, east well). ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of March.
