Details:	SUMMARY: Effluent meter quote DETAILS: A sanitary survey by Scott Curry in July of 2005 recommended among the deficiencies noted the installation of an effluent meter on the treated storage at the Langlois treatment plant site. The circuit rider program recommended a meter as well as written responses to several deficiencies noted in the survey. Recently Dave requested the circuit rider program for an additional meter quote. Budget constraints mandate a more economical solution to the metering portion of the project, if possible. A meter quote was faxed to Dave for review: total cost including read-out and power supply $1,304.10. Dave was pleased with the cost and mentioned that the district had received some grant funds and was relatively confident that the project would move forward. A contact tracer study is pending for the water system and can only be accomplished when a meter is in place. ACTION NEEDED: Assist the Langlois Water District in any capacity as they move forward with their project.
