Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform positive 1st quarter DETAILS: Jeff Pinsker contacted me after receiving a positive for total coliform on his water sample. Firm has had previous problems. Mr. Pinsker believes the positive was due to his sampling technique. He has taken one repeat sample today 3/21/2007. He has reiterated that once the snow has melted that the firm is planning to install treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 more repeat samples by the end of March. If all are negative take 5 routines in April. If any are positive a total coliform public notice must be posted.
