| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program, received notice that (system) did not have a current Enabling Authority on file with the Drinking Water Program. Coos county Health Departments Rick Hallmark provided the program with a current phone number for the Mr. Terrace MHP manager, Glen Doetsch. I met with Mr. Doetsch at the park to review the OARs 333-061-0070 cross connection control requirements and enabling authority. Glen has recently taken over management of the park and has limited knowledge of the distribution plumbing, he is however aware of several devices and has contacted an inspector. Glen also manages the gray water system for the MHP where the devices are located making it imperative that the devices be inspected. I left a detailed list of steps for completing the necessary forms for the survey. Glen indicated he was familiar with the department web site and has used it since taking over duties at the park. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Rick Hallmark at Coos County Health Department to inform him that contact was made and the Enabling Authority was presented. Glen indicated he currently did not have an inspector contacted. The circuit rider program will follow up prior to the March due date for submittal of the summary report. | ||
