Details:	SUMMARY: CWS referred for assistance with XC enabling authority DETAILS: This WCS serves a mobile home park with 50 service connections and a population of approximately 88. Domestic water is supplied by a single well. According to Mr. Lively the outside faucets in the park are supplied by canal water which is a totally separate system with no connections to the domestic supply. According to Mr. Lively there are no cross connections or testable backflow devices in the system. There is also no written enabling authority (EA) for the system. I called Mr. Lively to discuss their cross connection control program and the requirement for written EA. Lively accepted the offer of assistance for the EA, so I made an appointment to meet with him and modified the document to fit the needs of this system. Also printed a draft cover letter for them to submit with the copy of the EA. Met with Lively to review the EA and the cover letter. They have already submitted the annual summery report for 2006. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Lively needs to submit the adopted enabling authority document to the DWP.
