Details:	SUMMARY: SRF loan letter of interest assistance DETAILS: Contacted by the Marshland Water Association to provide assistance with the associations well. The Marshland Water Association serves approximately 80 persons through a rural water system. The association is located just west of Clatskanie. The associations well has higher than allowable levels of arsenic. The association was seeking assistance with options for arsenic treatment. It was determined that providing arsenic treatment was not a good option. As the association previously abandoned their surface water source due to the need for treatment, it was determined that reviving this source would be a better option. The association requested assistance with completion of a letter of interest for the 2008 SRF loan. Completed cost estimates and provided assistance with completion of the letter of interest. ACTION NEEDED: Further funding assistance as requested.
