Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate sample collected 04/06/07 had a level of 10.4 ppm DETAILS: 05/09/07- I spoke with Scott Curry and verified that we will not pursue this issue any further as this is a non-community system and is not subject to increased monitoring frequency. 05/10/07- I spoke with George Augusta. He said that they are concerned and will continue sampling at an increased frequency (at least quarterly). If the level continues to go up they will consider treatment. George said the park has a very transient population that uses predominantly bottled water. They have posted a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action will be required at this time.
