Details:	SUMMARY: Alert response for a positive total coliform test result DETAILS: On June 12, 2007, I contacted David Yanez by phone, leaving a message regarding the action needed for the water system based on previous testing procedures. ACTION NEEDED: The well water should be tested if it has not been, and if the positive coliform result came from another source (i.e. kitchen taps, hose bibs, etc.). If well water has been tested and showed a positive total coliform result, then the distribution system and wells must be disinfected.
