Details: SUMMARY: 2 of 3 routine samples collected on 05/28/07 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: 06/04/07- Unit T7 and H4 (both below the storage tank) failed while the sample tap immediately before the storage tank passed. Charlotte chlorinated the storage tank (one gallon bleach to 4,000 gallons water) on 5/31/07. She then flushed the tank and collected a special below the storage tank that passed. I told Charlotte that four repeat samples need to be collected as soon as possible as a result of the positive routines. Charlotte will collect four repeat samples on 06/06/07. 06/06/07- Charlotte notified me that she only collected one repeat because she was out of sample bottles. Depending on the results of this one she will collect three more. 06/08/07- The repeat sample tested positive for total coliform. See the next alert for continued action taken. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert.
