Details:	SUMMARY: 5 routine samples collected 6/1/07- one was TC positive and one was E. coli positive DETAILS: 06/05/07- I met with Richard Kirby on-site and toured the system. No specific cause could be determined. There appears to be low-level contamination. 6239 Laurel Crest was total coliform positive and 6764 Laurel Crest was fecal coliform positive. Continuous chlorination was discussed as an appropriate option for such a large system with 75,000 gallons of total storage (in the future). Four repeat samples were collected (same sites as the previous five routine samples). 06/07/07- The repeat sample collected at 6764 Laurel Crest was positive for total coliform. The system needs to be shock chlorinated and public notice issued. See the next contact report for more details. ACTION NEEDED: See the next contact report.
