Details:	SUMMARY: 3/26/2006 routine samples positive for TCR DETAILS: 5 temporary routine samples per month to be taken 04/01/2006-04/30/2006. 4 repeat samples within 24 hours of a TC positive routine sample to be reported 03/27/2006-04/10/2006. ACTION NEEDED: Take the prescribed samples, after speaking to K. Salis, since the operator did complete the initial repeat sample and all subsequent samples have been negative that we should consider the alert resolved.
